Data protection & GDPR
We provide the legal and technical services that enable business data to be assessed, prepared and licensed for AI development and training.
Working with AI developers, businesses, data owners and insolvency practitioners, we combine local legal expertise with controlled data cleaning, anonymisation and preparation.

Independent legal judgement
Controlled technical preparation
Responsible commercial use of data
How it works
The seller confirms ownership and the type of data.
Personal data is removed using established de-identification tools, inside the EU.
Our GDPR lawyer in that country reviews the cleaning report and a random sample, then signs an anonymisation opinion.
The buyer receives the dataset with a full documentation package.
Services
Our local lawyers assess data protection and GDPR requirements, intellectual property and ownership, confidentiality, contractual restrictions and the proposed use of data for AI.
We inspect, clean, de-identify and prepare business datasets using specialist technology and controlled processes, with documented quality assurance.
We facilitate commercial licensing between data owners and AI developers. We also work with insolvency practitioners and their legal advisers to assess and realise potential value from data assets held in company estates.
Our legal team
Our legal team covers every EU Member State, the United Kingdom, Norway and Switzerland, providing jurisdiction-specific legal assessment across the European data landscape.
